'Australian Made' is synonymous around the world with high quality Skin Care, Body Care & Hair Care products.
But do beware that a Contract Manufacturer cannot be registered to use the Australian Made logo (sample below) as an entity (business/company/organisation). Any reference to the contrary is deemed as misleading by the governing organisation, Australian Made Campaign Limited.
Therefore, only the Product produced by the Contract Manufacturer in Australia can be registered under the brand name that will ultimately distribute the product. So while you can register your Australian Made product under your brand, it is not something that can be transferred or guaranteed by the Contract Manufacturer as each submission must be be assessed individually by Australian Made Campaign Limited.
